    That is entirely your choice, but I wouldn't recommend it! People who suffer from anxiety and depression have good days and bad days. By developing techniques and coping mechanisms you will be stronger the next time you are faced with your struggles.

I have been completing the anxiety and depression course on KPP’s website. It’s set out nicely so you can dip in and out of sections as and when. This has been handy with having a busy life. It’s really informative without being heavy or preachy. I have drawn on some good pointers that I have put in place. The meditation section is wonderful. I need no excuse to meditate. It’s a life style change I’ve made this year that’s been so good for me. The picture attached is of my attempt at one of the exercises. This is where I placed my pencil on the paper and basically made shapes. I really found it therapeutic looking for shapes and objects and colouring. This has actually led onto me doodling more. I would totally recommend the course

What can this course do for you?

This course can give you ongoing support at your highs and lows. The exercises allow you to focus on the here and now and increase your serotonin levels (the feel good hormone). Improving your body's health can help towards improving your mind's health. A monthly subscription allows you to continue this support after the course has been completed.
